Title: High efficiency THz wave generation from GaP slab waveguide with dielectric cladding layer

 

abstract: Dr. Dezaki has advanced research on development of efficient terahertz (THz) wave source using semiconductor gallium phosphide(GaP) crystal. By using low-loss cladding materials on the both sides of GaP waveguide, he has achieved the improvement of THz wave power. His achievement will be attractive for the best use of THz wave region.
