Undergraduate Programs

The regular program for the Bachelor's Degree in Engineering consists of a 4-year coursework, which comprises liberal arts, fundamental studies and professional subjects. International students have to take the general Examination for Japanese University Admission for International Students (EJU), conducted by the Association of International Education in Japan (AIEJ). Students awarded with scholarships from the Japanese Government through its Ministry of Education, Culture, sports and Science (Monbukagakusho) are exempt from these tests. However, they are asked to attend one year course at a special school for Japanese language training. Undergraduate programs are offered only in Japanese language.
In exceptional conditions, students are qualified for the senior program consisting of coursework in two years at least. The senior program benefits particularly students who have completed the "Kotosenmongakko"(Japanese College of Technology) or holds a junior college certificate.
