Notice for Graduate School Entrance Examination in Response to COVID-19

Please confirm the method of the examination (onsite or online) in the examination guide of the department you wish to enroll. If any of the following conditions below apply, applicants will not be allowed to take any onsite examination in order to prevent the spread of the COVID-19.

  • Those who have been infected with COVID-19 and are not diagnosed as recovered completely by the examination date.
  • Those who have been identified by a public health center as having had close contact with someone who is confirmed to have an infection with COVID-19 and will be still under health observation on the date of examination. However, if the results of the PCR test or quantitative antigen test are negative and you are asymptomatic on the date of the examination, you will be allowed to take the examination (notify us if this situation applies to you).
  • Those who have taken a PCR test or quantitative antigen test due to suspected infection with the COVID-19 because of feeling sick, and the results are not come out yet.

No supplementary examinations will be held. The entrance examination fee will be refunded to those who are unable to take the examination for the reasons mentioned above. If you need to change the method of examination from onsite to online due to infection or suspected infection with the COVID-19, please send a request to the following address by 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 24th. We will consider your request and may approve the request.

The examination schedule may be changed depending on the situation of the spread of COVID-19. Please check the Graduate School's website for the latest information such as changes to the examination schedule.
