◎研究内容
Research interests cover a broad range of semiconductor devices and applications, including capacitive silicon resonators, optical modulator devices, micro-sensors, micro-supercapacitor, and thermal-to-electric power generators. Several novel micro/nanofabrication technologies have been researched and developed, such as the glass reflow method for microsystem applications, metal-assisted chemical etching for micro/nano devices and energy harvesting, and electrochemical deposition technology for energy harvesting.
